EXPERIENCE
Arsene wenger being the longest serving manager at arsenal has got nothing directly to do with the squad except for the fact that now officially no one knows the club better than he does! Being the big man at arsenal for 13 years he has already managed 3 sets of players which are excellent yet have different footballing styles. The dawn of tony adams! Patrick viera's time which we all know were also known as "THE INVINSIBLES" and of course the present squad which consists of players like the skipper fabregas, andrey arshavin, samir nasri, and new signing thomas vermalen!
Arsene wenger has heaps of experience! If he sticks to his current philosophy and his current squad which he has been grooming for many seasons he will definately be a SUCCESS for years to come!
